Proposal:

Application for a non-material amendment to DC/25/02072 to modify the garage by subdividing the vehicular opening into three separate openings with oak posts and perimeter framing, subdividing the window on the west elevation to match the house, repositioning external lighting to illuminate vehicular entrances and bin store, and adding a brickwork panel to the eastern elevation and link to the host dwelling with facing brick to match the house and garage brick plinth.
